Hulu, the on-demand video streaming service, has landed in Japan. Isn’t this good news for me who doesn’t have a TV?

自宅にテレビがない自分にとっては朗報ではないかな?

オンデマンド動画配信サービス「Hulu」が本日より日本上陸。

The monthly fee is 1,480 yen, and the first month is free. It seems that the price is less than half of this in the U.S., but the contents are quite complete, and if it is this price, I think it is worth trying anyway.

So I registered it as soon as possible. The finish of the Japanese page is quite impressive. When this kind of service just landed in Japan, there are a lot of strange Japanese, but I thought that this place is very solid.

Now, what I personally like most about it is that it’s available for PC and iOS devices. We don’t have a TV in our house – so this is very helpful.

I saw it with the full screen display of PC at first, but it is enough in both sound quality picture quality.

One of the best things about it is that you can watch it on your mobile device!

iOSで利用するには、無料のアプリをダウンロードするだけ。Androidでも視聴できます。

The app looks like this.

The Japanese support here seems to be adequate.

I immediately tried to watch it from my iPhone, but only a little.

The picture quality and streaming speed is comfortable on my home WiFi.

How widespread this service will be in the future remains to be seen, but it is definitely the best service, at least for me without a TV.

それになんてったって秋からのとあるトレーニングをする上での友になりそうです。タイミングがいい!ということで楽しみがまた増えました。
