コルド・シュル・シエルとは「天空のコルド」という意味。アルビから25kmほどに位置するミディ・ピレネー地方でも古い要塞都市のひとつ。
It is said to have been built by Raymond VII, Count of Toulouse, as a base against the Albillois Crusade.
In fact, I visited once three years ago, but I couldn’t get a picture from a place overlooking the city.
However, on this trip, a friend of mine who I met again in Toulouse gave me a recommendation for a place to take photos, and I decided to revisit the city just because it is very close to the beautiful French village of Monestier, which I plan to visit this time.
Here is the point where you can photograph this spectacular view; you will have to go to point B and look at A from there.
In fact, we were told that we would have to walk 15 minutes from the foot of the mountain because it was difficult or impossible to get there by car, but we managed to get there by car from behind the shooting point.
However, the road is not paved and is so narrow that one car can barely fit through.
I managed to get to a space where I could park my car and make a narrow U-turn, but it might take a lot of courage and skill to drive my car this far.
Good children should not imitate them (laughs).
If you can park your car here, you can walk a little further to reach the spectacular point.
