海の日の3連休。前半は所属オケの強化練習に、そして後半は1泊2日で長野富山へ。
その長野へ向かう途中にわざわざ中央道を降りて立ち寄ったのが、こちらの「Cafe ichi（蕎麦屋 いち）」。
It’s a “relaxing cafe” surrounded by peaceful countryside in Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture.
It is located in a very difficult place to find, but somehow I managed to arrive at the shop with an animalistic feeling and hardly got lost.
A parking lot in this place? The roof of the parking lot is a bamboo grove? I parked my car in a place where the roof of the parking lot was a bamboo grove and headed for the store.
Now, this is the shop, and what makes it special is this.
It’s a “mama style”.
There was also a sign that said no impatient people. I’m usually impatient, but when it comes to dining on a trip, it’s a different story. I can wait as long as it’s good food.
But because I was playing around and taking pictures and stuff, I was guided into the store surprisingly quickly (laughs).
Now, inside the store…
The atmosphere is so well-kept that it’s hard to believe that it looks like an abandoned house (excuse the pun).
It’s a quiet space that’s decorated with retro accessories and is very stylish.
It’s a wonderful place to really “relax”.
Well, this is a cafe and a soba noodle shop. They are especially famous for their delicious and fresh vegetables.
Because I was hungry and the amount of soba noodles was a little small, I ordered the Green Curry with Vegetables and Morisoba.
This is the salad that comes with the green curry.
And green curry with vegetables.
This salad and the green curry were both very delicious! We are very proud of our vegetables, aren’t we?
The curry is served with rice.
They said, “We’ll bring you Soba when you like.” So we took our time and enjoyed the green curry as the restaurant’s concept, and took a short break before they brought us Soba.
The soba noodles were also excellent…
まったりと静かな雰囲気、レトロでおしゃれな店内、そして美味しいお野菜とお食事。一度は訪れる価値のある名店だと思います。近くに立ち寄ったら絶対行くかも。
