I’ve learned about a lot of different beers over the past decade or so, but lately I’ve been going back to the classic “Pilsner”.

It’s best in the summer and goes well with many different meals.
Pilsner, I guess I still prefer the world’s leading ones. Heineken, Stella.
I’ve also been loving French pilsners lately. Kronenbourg. It’s a beer from Alsace, and maybe it tastes better because it’s closer to Germany.
Japanese Pilsner is not bad. Premol, and Ichiban Shibori. I think I like Ichiban Shibori better.
I don’t think the Evisu is good.
