May 2014 Italy’s Most Beautiful Village Tour Field Report No.1

201405 Italy

Report prepared on April 24, 2014 from Paris

I will try to update the blog locally as much as possible. This is the best way to remember the schedule and events.

From this time on, as announced on our blog and SNS, we will be touring the most beautiful villages in Italy. The first one is a tour of the southern villages.

We will enter Naples via Paris. It’s my first time to go to France by night flight from Haneda.

Even though I was in Haneda, the flight departed at 10:15 p.m. I decided to go directly to the airport after finishing my work.

Even so, it would be a long trip, so I wanted to take a bath. So I dropped in at a public bath in Ginza and then headed for Haneda.

We enjoyed the hot water that seems to be a public bath in Edo, a public bath called Ginza-yu. It was so hot….

It is also close to Tokyo Station, so many people use it after a run at the Imperial Palace.

Transformed from a suit to the “travel style” you see! Our destination is Haneda. It’s surprisingly colorful…

By the way, what did I do with my work clothes = suit that I had just come, I decided to use this service to deliver it.

So this is how you use it.

The nearest station to Ginza-yu is Takaracho on the Toei Asakusa Line, which means you can go directly to Haneda Airport International Terminal Station from this station.

Speaking of Haneda’s international terminal, it has just been expanded this spring. It’s expected to become even more convenient. Although the train to Haneda was caught up in the homecoming rush a bit, it’s only about 30 minutes away from Tokyo Station, which is really easy and convenient.

It took longer time to check in and leave my luggage than I expected, but I completed the procedure without any trouble.

By the way, the trunk had been sent to the airport by Yamato Transport last Sunday.

I’m going to the boarding gate with mobile WiFi and ramen.

Gate 141, where the Paris flight departs from, was surprisingly located at the very end of the newly expanded gate. It is very far.

Even if there is a moving walkway, it is still far. But this distance and the size of the airport may be what makes it an international airport.

I waited in front of gate 141, charged my iPhone at a booth where I could use PC, and departed on time. The flight was almost full.

On the plane, this wine was somehow so delicious that I got two bottles of it.

We finished our meal and went to bed. I slept well though it was small.

And the flight to Paris was extremely smooth. The arrival was almost on time. I was unusually near the window, so I took a picture of the night view just before landing.

Arrival is at 4am Paris time. The arrival terminal is 2E, once you leave here, you will go to 2F to enter Italy with a flight to Naples 5 hours later.
