Gotta use the web checker so I don’t miss any updates! #MedocMarathon2014

Only three days until the competition!

I’m leaving for France on a late night flight tomorrow. All preparations have been made, my large luggage has been sent to the airport over the weekend, and tomorrow I will fly directly from my office to Haneda for my flight.

さて、今更なのですが、私はダイレクトに大会の公式サイトから申し込めた参加者の一人。当日の移動手段確保のため、念のため海外ツアーにを通しての申し込みなどもしましたが、結局はキャンセル（半額くらいは戻ってきませんでした。）、公式申込のものを利用することにしました。

After all, the biggest challenge in arranging a private Medoc Marathon is to register on the website. You don’t know when the website will be updated or when the registration will start. Especially, this year is the 30th anniversary of the event, and there was a rush of applications from all over the world.

Moreover, due to the time difference, the application process starts at midnight Japan time. Because it is a weekday, the hurdle to apply is quite high.

So we introduced a web service called “Web Checker” to know the timing of this start.

I learned about it from an acquaintance.

I found out about this service right after I was lucky enough to sign up for it through the official website, but after that I used this web checker to check for updates of shuttle bus related information on the official website of the event.

Thanks to that, I was able to arrange the shuttle bus without any problems. However, the update itself was late and I was in a great hurry…

So, if you use this service and register like this…
