Yesterday, a shop in my neighborhood had a keg of this “Edelweiss Weissbier Snowfresh”, so I drank it right away.

I’ve had a lot of different weissbiers, but this is my favorite brand. I come into this shop about once a year, and I feel like I always go there when I come in because it’s a hard brand to drink. When I came in, they asked me “Edelweiss, right?” before I ordered (laughs).
Compared to other brands, the acidity is mellow, not too fizzy, and the mouthfeel is gentle. It is fruity. Of course, there is no bitterness.
In addition, I’ve just become a Meyer.
This shop mainly has Belgian beers, but they sometimes have weissbiers in stock, so I check almost every day to see what kind of barrels they have in stock. I mean, it’s a store on my way to work.
