It was delivered in a box like this. Actually, it arrived at about 3pm yesterday.
Even though I was a little confused about the slightly heavy setting, it didn’t take much time and was easy to set up.

It also came with a platform to put the front wheel on.
The feeling of using it is quite firm and strong resistance, so I think it is a very good training.
Also, when I ride the bike in this condition, the position of the bike is higher than when I ride on the road, but I thought this is a good practice for riding without legs.
Basically, I don’t plan to ride this road bike at night or in cold weather, so it’s important to have a room where I can practice anytime. So I’m very happy with it so far.
