Fast forward to the fourth beautiful village of the day, Mittelbergheim, about 35 km north of Riquewihr and Unawihr. The weather has improved and it is very hot.
Well, the Alsace region is almost like Germany, but it’s really not like France (laughs).
Even so, there’s something about it that gives it a French rather than a German feel.
The village is surrounded by vineyards, which is the same as the beautiful village we visited today.
There are not so many tourists in this village. It was really a quiet village.
