なんとなくフレンチビストロにいきたくなって訪れた神保町にあるおみせ。

The food and wine were excellent. The meal consisted of three dishes: smoked mackerel and salad, choucroute (which the menu said was pork confit and sausage, but probably what came out was pork confit and sausage), and beef harami steak. All of them are excellent. I especially recommend the smoked mackerel.
And the wine. There is a very rare wine called Château La Baronne from Languedoc, which is very good quality but produced in very small quantity, and it was recommended to us. We had red and white wines.
The white variety is Roussanne, and although it is white, it looks like a beautiful golden color, like a noble rot wine, but it is slightly sweet and dry.
The red variety is Carignan, a standard variety in this area. I was really surprised at the high quality of this wine as well. In the end, we drank a bottle of this red.
よいワインが揃えてあるお店はお食事も美味しい。再訪したいお店がまた増えました。
