When it comes to the browser of iPhone, the iPhone version of opera came out a while ago, but it was somewhat delicate usability, and after all, I continued to use Safari.
After that, although it became a topic of conversation a little, such as the browser which can see flash, I did not particularly care.
However, I was bitten by the recent release of “Sleipnir Mobile”.

It had just come out, but the reviews on various websites were pretty good.
On the iPhone, which is indispensable in our lives, not just in our daily lives, the application that we have the most opportunities to use is the web browser. After all, Gmail and Google Reader are used most frequently, so there’s no way I don’t care about the web browser. So I installed it as soon as possible.
The first thing I noticed after using it is that the aforementioned Gmail and Google Reader load quickly. To put it bluntly, it is already the main browser decision only by this! It is such a feeling.
Then, when you turn your iPhone horizontally, it becomes a full browser as you can see.
It’s not so beneficial for Gmail, but I thought it was easy to see when I look at Google Reader and of course other websites. This may be more useful than expected.
Then, bookmark management.
Very good. I like the label management. You can add multiple tags = labels to one bookmark. This is something Safari doesn’t have.
To be honest, as I’ve said many times before, I think folder-based information management is already outdated. In that sense, the fact that bookmark management by the label can be done at the present time can be evaluated very much.
And let’s not forget the best feature of all, “tabbed browsing”!
This is a new sensation! I never thought I’d be able to experience something like this on my iPhone. Anyway, it’s light and very fast switching. It might be more comfortable than PC browser in this respect. I also like the tab group feature. I don’t have a need to use it that much yet, but I’m sure it can be used for something.
Then, when you want to delete a tab, the operation is also comfortable. The right side of the picture above is a screenshot of clearing tabs, but you just have to move the tabs to the frame right below after pressing and holding the tab you want to clear. I heard it’s a feature called “FlickWIpe”.
The other feature I can’t explain with pictures is “Hold and Go”, which allows you to open links and bookmarks on the back by holding them down. This is also a very nice feature, but I’m not sure if it’s possible to copy links or save images. I’m not sure.
It’s really a great browser. It’s impressive that you can do so much with a mobile phone.
By the way, I didn’t know how to read “Sleipnir”, but I heard that it is read as “Sleipnir”. It’s the name of the horse that Odin is riding. “When I tweeted about it on twitter, “I wonder how it’s read? I tweeted it on twitter and got replies from some of my friends who like games (lol).
ということで、しばらくブラウザーはこちらの「Sleipnir Mobile (スレイプニール・モバイル) 」をメインで使用しようかと思います。
